ICE Plans to Open Detention Center in North Carolina
Internal documents obtained by The New York Times reveal that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) aims to establish a detention center at the former Rivers Correctional Institution in Winton, North Carolina, before the end of December.
