Internal Documents Reveal ICE’s Plan for New Detention Center
According to internal documents obtained by The New York Times, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is preparing to open a detention center at the former Rivers Correctional Institution in Winton, North Carolina, by late December.
